It comes with front cap only. Rear cap is missing.

Cosmetic Condition:

Lens has been used, it is in above average cosmetic condition. It shows light wear on the metal parts from use. I don't see anything damaged.  

Front and rear glass elements are in good condition. I don't see any scratches on the front or rear glass. No fungus, or haze inside. And no visible dust inside either.

Lens aperture works good. It opens and closes. Focusing is smooth without any tight spots. Zoom works good. Aperture works good as well.
