First Class International Mail (Small Packet, Air) often takes longer than the Post Office says to get to its destination and offers no form of tracking or option for insuring. If timely delivery is of major importance, if insurance is desired or a tracking number desired, please request a quote for the considerably more expensive Global Priority Mail. Acceptance of First Class International Mail is a tacit acceptance of shipping at the buyer's risk. No matter what form of shipping is used, once the purchase crosses the Post Office counter I have no control over shipping time by the USPS, your local postal system or delays by Customs.
