Pricing Policy
CNCROTARY.COM reserves the right to change prices at any time. Purchase prices are final on the date of purchase.
Customers may cancel their order at any time up to the time of despatch for items that are in stock without any charge.
Cancellations must be advised to CNCROTARY.COM in advance by email to ebay@cncrotary.com at which time an authorisation number will be provided, no orders can be cancelled without this number.
Where goods have already been despatched, you may find the item in My eBay and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu. Please ensure that you include a reason as to why you are returning this item.
As in line with Ebay’s returns policy, you must return the item within 14 days of requesting a return.
CNCROTARY.COM will withhold refunds until goods are returned in the same condition as they were received and we are at liberty to reduce the amount of money refunded for goods returned which show evidence of use beyond the handling necessary to see whether the goods are as expected.
CNCROTARY.COM will refund within 6 working days of cancellation or return request and receipt of the goods. Where the customer has purchased a contract, any ancillary contract (such as a warranty or credit agreement) is automatically cancelled.
All return carriage is to the account of the customer.
