Return policy
For returns, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. If the item arrives defective, isn't as described, or was damaged in shipping, please contact us right away. Your message will be responded to promptly. If the item appears defective, we may first ask some rudimentary troubleshooting questions before we proceed to a return. If we can't solve your problem, we will accept a no-hassle return. Once the return is received, payment will be refunded, and return shipping costs will be reimbursed. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded if an item is returned due to buyer remorse. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
