We generally despatch with UPS or APC. All parcels are despatched on a next day service (UK mainland only). Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be processed and despatched.

The Glass is new and purchased from European Countries. We wish to draw your attention following complaints: The process of manufacturing is to force glass liquid around the mould. On cooling this does give what appears to be a slight thickness variation in the glass especially around the middle, together with any mould lines. This together with some Glass Bubbles is Normal.

Returns Policy: Please contact us within 7 days of your order arriving if you have any breakages or discrepancies. We will be happy to offer a refund or exchange. If are not happy with the item due to personal taste and preference we will be happy to refund you. You will need to return the item back to us at your own cost. Upon receipt of the returned goods in their original state we will refund you the cost of the goods excluding a delivery charge.
