Royal Mail is one of the best postal services in the world. Postage usually takes 7 business days. 95% of parcels will be delivered within the reference time. We will ship the product from our UK warehouse for all European countries’ orders.

Oversea mails will be posted using Airmail Service and they will usually be delivered to European destinations within 7 to 10 working days and some countries will take longer 14 working days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been shipped.

E-CHECK payments may delay the processing time because we will only send out the goods until it’s cleared by Paypal (approximately it would take 3 business days).

Items except for fashion items are guaranteed for 3 months

If any of the Goods received appear visibly damaged or different to what was described, please email us within 48 hours upon its arrival. Please remember to attach a photo of the received item in the email and we are happy to arrange an exchange.

If your item isn't working properly, please report the problem to us via email within 14 days from the date of receiving. We will provide you the instructions of receiving a replacement or returning your item for a refund if the item is confirmed to be defective.

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase in 14 days after delivery, and there's been no error on our part, we'll refund only the item price upon receiving your returned parcel. Buyer should take the cost of return shipping charge. 

Before sending the item back, please request a return through eBay. You will find this in you purchase history on 'My eBay' drop down menu - ' Purchase history'. Please include inside the packaging your item number, your eBay ID, your name, address and reason for return. And it is much appreciated if you would send us tracking number or certificate to confirm return. This will ensure we know your item is coming and therefore reduce the handling time.

All returned parcels will be examined before we precede a refund or exchange. It will take up to 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email when we finish the examination.

Non-returnable items: We're sorry, but we DO NOT ACCEPT returns of any product that is:

any product that is not in its original condition, such as missing parts, or is damaged due to accidents, physical force, water, fire, power surge, acts of God, natural disasters or other misuse.

Any free gift products.

All worn fashion items, including but not exclusively shoes, intimate underwear ( bra / panty / swimwear)

In the event of dispute, our decision shall be final and conclusive.

Missing item or get wrong item

When you get the package, if you find there are some items missing from your order or we sent you incorrect items, please keep all the items in original condition and also keep the packing stuff, weigh all the items together with packing, then take some photos of them and send us the photos by email. Please contact us within 7 days after receipt of package. We will investigate the case when we get your email. If the case is true, we will send you the missing item or the correct item (sometimes you may be requested to return the incorrect item).

Get damaged items
When you (buyer) get the package, if you find the item is damaged (cracked) in appearance, immediately contact us. If the item does not work (DOA), please take photos of the item including warranty label and send us the photos by email, please contact us within 7 days after receipt of package. Once the case is clarified, we will resend you a good item. Sometimes for DOA item, you may be requested to return it.

Color difference

There may be variation in color of the item pictured due to lighting and computer monitor settings. Therefore，the color of the items you received may be slightly different from the one you see on your monitor.
