· Postage Discounts / charges - I offer combined postage on multiple purchases but you must wait for the invoice to allow me to reduce the cost - discounts are not always automatic. Postage costs are as shown in the listings if you think they are too high ask for a breakdown or don't buy, the costs are not set by me but by the Royal Mail. I will not post higher value items / orders by any other method than a tracked service this protects both buyer and seller and means your order will arrive safely.
. Islands/ Highlands/Non mainland UK: items sent via Royal Mail are as listed items over 2kgs may need to go via courier so please check with me for costs
· Non UK: If postage is not quoted for your beautiful country PLEASE ASK - I post WORLDWIDE Item that exceeds the Royal mail postage criteria (2kgs / maximum combined parcel size of 90cm) will have to be send via courier this can be expensive. (though on multiple purchases it can work out a lot cheaper) Please contact me for a quote BEFORE bidding
· I aim to post within 2 working days - usually a lot sooner - however please be aware that sometimes life gets in the way and delays occurs, I will do my best to contact you if this is the case.
· If an item is required urgently please CONTACT ME prior to bidding to check if next day posting is possible. It usually is!
· Should you wish to return an item I must be contacted with 3 working days and the item returned within 14 days - in the condition sent
· Return postage costs are your responsibility and items must be returned via a track-able method as per eBay guidelines
· I haven't had an item returned yet as I aim to photograph and describe honestly, but I am human so if i make a mistake tell me! I will try to resolve to everyone's satisfaction
· In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me prior to leaving neutral/negative feedback. Give me a chance to resolve any issues

· I do not include listing fees petrol costs time taken to list / pack etc or any other 'hidden charges' - these are my responsibility not yours!
· I believe in being fair and honest and aim to treat people as I would like to be treated - please do the same.
· We have a large Playmobil collection and will happily list items for buyers if I have it, just ask. I will not however deal outside e-bay
