SHIPPING

We prefer to send parcels by EMS International Express Courier. In many cases we subsidise the cost of shipping to be able to offer this very reliable service. This way Proof of Delivery with be confirmed and a Signature will always be obtained.

WE NO LONGER SHIP TO GERMANY

We no longer ship to Germany. German customs have taken it upon themselves to delay delivery and even stop delivery of Swatch Group products. We have had two shipments stopped and destroyed even though the Omega Museum have confirmed the items to be correct and original. We regret the inconvenience this will cause our German clients.

We are located in Auckland New Zealand.

The standard EMS Express International Courier pack weight allowed is 500grams, which is rarely exceeded. IF you buy many items to be included in one shipment, we will need to adjust the shipping price slightly.
