Up for auction is an Early Glass LIGHTNING ARRESTER that we picked up from a long retired PG&E Lineman from the Gold Rush Town of Grass Valley California. It measures approx. 24" long and is quite heavy weighing approx. 12lbs. In overall good condition with expected wear and small small crack as shown. These were used from the 1930s - 1950s but no idea of exact dating. Inner Beading and Wicked Molded Glass make this a perfect INDUSTRIAL STEAM PUNK LAMP / LIGHTING PROJECT. No way to verify whether working or not....Sold as/is.
