Policies

Application: If you have any further questions about an item fitting please contact us with the vin# of the vehicle. This small piece of information will help us identify the correct part for your Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram automobile.

Warranty: All OEM Mopar parts have a 12 month unlimited mile warranty. Mopar Remanufactured engines and transmissions may have up to a 3 year 100k mile warranty. These warranties are valid at any Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealer with proof of purchase. Items that have been altered or modified by the buyer are not eligible for warranty.

Returns: We do accept returns up to 30 days after the purchase date. Items must be uninstalled, in the original packaging, and in resalable condition. Electrical parts are not returnable. We ask that you please contact us in advance of any return. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Shipping: The shipping price quoted is for the Continental US only; additional shipping may apply to international destinations (Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands are not in the Continental US). Your tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order is processed.

International Shipping: We do ship internationally upon request. All items are sent duties collect; these fees are not controlled by us. International shipping is via FedEx unless item is going to an APO. We must have your entire physical address.
