Payments by Paypal. Paypal is quick and easy to use as well as secure. 

You can also use your Debit or Credit card if you don't want to use your Paypal balance.

To pay by card:

When asked to log into Paypal during payment, click on the 'Pay by Debit or Credit card' link under the log in section.

For Paypal - eBay linked accounts (One Click Payment Set Up), at the payment confirmation screen:

1. Click the 'Unlink Accounts' option under the 'Pay with Paypal' section in the top middle of the screen.

2.  Select the 'Pay with Another Paypal Account' option and click the 'Continue' button

3.  Click on the 'Pay by Debit or Credit card' link under the log in section.

We hope that you are happy with your item but we know that sometimes you will need to return it to us for whatever reason. 

• If you wish to return your item, please return it in the original unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery.

• Returns costs are payable by yourself or by us if the item is incorrect, damaged or not as described.

• The refund will include any postage and packaging charged on the order.

• If your item is faulty, has arrived damaged or is incorrect, please contact us to arrange a return or replacement.
• If you are returning goods from outside of the EU, please write 'RETURNED GOODS' on the customs declaration. Failure to do so may result in customs charges and tax being applied by UK Customs which will be deducted out of any refund due.

How long will it take to receive my order?	In the UK 2 - 4 days is normal. For Europe it is 5 - 10 working days and for the rest of the world, it's around 10 - 20 days. Please note that delays can occur and sometimes it may take longer.
Will my parcel have a tracking number?	To add a tracking Number - UK customers, please use 'Signed For' or 'Special Delivery' services and for International customers, please use the 'International Tracked' option.
Can I pay by Debit or Credit card?	Yes, no problem. You can use a card to pay through Paypal. For instructions on how to do this, please click on the 'Payment's' tab.
How can I pay?	Paypal, Bank Transfer, Cheques / Postal Orders (£'s only), Debit & Creidt cards via Paypal
Are your items new or used?	All of out item descripitons will include details about the items condition withint the listing.
What carrier do you use?	Royal Mail as standard. For International customers, your parcel will be delivered by your local postal service. For larger items, we may use a courier such as Hermes, UPS or Fedex.
How long will it take to send my order?	We aim to despatch orders placed before 12pm Mon - Fri the same day although we can despatch as late as 3pm.
Do you accept returns?	Yes, within 30 days of receipt. Please click the 'Returns' tab for more info.
What do I do if my order hasn't arrived within the exected time frame?	Post Services do not always leave calling cards if you are out so please check with your local Post Delivery Depot as it may be waiting for you to collect it. Also, please check with your neighbours as postal services can deliver to them if you are not at home. If there is still no sign of your parcel, please contact us at Service@GSModels.co.uk
