In order to alleviate this problem, I take detailed pictures of every item I sell. I also try to point out the imperfections when listing. However, understand that it is possible to miss some minor flaws. If I catch the flaw before it goes out the door, I will notify you to let you know of the flaw and decide, based on the type of flaw, if you would still want the item.
I do have pets but my items are stored in air tight containers and do not come in contact with the animals.
