This is a 1963-1964 Ford 352/390 Holley. C4AF-9510-EH, and 3113 is the Holley List number. The carb looks pretty nice, and moves freely. But it has been sitting for a few months, so you may need tuning/adjustment/rebuilding to suit your application.
