OUR FEEDBACK
We strive for perfection, but we are human. If we make a mistake, we’ll take all necessary action to rectify the matter. Despite our best efforts, it appears that we cannot strive for that perfection 100% of the time. We have found that in these rare circumstances, customer complaints have been received for the following reasons:
* My order took too long to arrive. Although we have facilities in Canada and the US, we can only publish our main office address. Our coffee is shipped from our roasting facility in Canada. We do not stock coffee in the US because we only roast to order. Our standard turnaround time is 2 business days and the maximum transit time is 7 business days. This information is posted on all automated notices that eBay sends on our behalf when a customer completes checkout. Many clients refer to eBay’s estimated delivery date, which doesn’t account for all factors. If you clicked the question mark that is next to eBay’s posted delivery date, it states: “Estimated Delivery Dates include seller's handling time, and will depend on shipping service selected and receipt of payment. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.” When customers do not receive their order by the estimated delivery date, they assume it’s late. We feel that the extra care we take in ensuring our customers have the freshest possible product is worth the wait. We also do not open on weekends or holidays. If you submit an order during non-business hours, please note it will not be processed until the following business day.
In addition, these complaints seem to occur mostly during & after the busy holiday season. Although we ensure that notices are posted to inform customers of lengthy turnaround times due to extremely high order volumes, carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, holiday company closure, etc., our customers will complain that their order didn’t arrive on time. The sales we generate on eBay are a mere fraction of the number of orders our company ships out each day. Notices that explain such delays, as well as holiday order deadline dates, are posted in our eBay store pages, but we understand that not everyone will notice it, or take the time to read it. Please know that we truly care about our customers, and we care about the quality of our product. We are turning your order around in the order it was received, as soon as we possibly can, without compromising the quality.
* My coffee is too weak/too strong. Over 99% of our clients are very happy with their product. Remember, coffee is a food and not everyone will agree on the same roast level. We will be happy to issue a refund upon receipt of your returned items.
* I did not receive my tracking information/reply to my question.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
The barrels in the photo are used to represent the imported product. Since the barrel is very large and holds a 75 kg volume, we cannot ship a barrel for every order received.

Exercise caution when viewing other listings from other sellers. Our promotion has been practically copied by other sellers. Most are offering blends, even though they claim otherwise.
Remember, if you are purchasing this coffee from a company that does not roast their own beans, you are not receiving the freshest possible product, especially if the coffee is packaged with an expiry date. Coffee is freshest 3 weeks after roasting; there are no exceptions to this rule. Coffee that is not as fresh as ours will deteriorate to a point where you can't tell the difference between Jamaican or Mexican beans. It becomes questionable to motive why one would buy roasted coffee beans which will taste like $2/pound beans due to aging.
