All of our second hand soft toys, games, puzzles & toys are gently machine washed, or checked to ensure they are complete and suitable

All of our items are Smoke & Pet Free

We aim to describe our toys to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing, this may be different to your expectations, so if you are unhappy with any aspect of your purchase please let us know and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

PAYMENT

 Uk Customers -We accept Paypal, Cheque or Postal Order - Our contact address can be found at the bottom of our listing

Please ensure your Ebay ID & Item Number are included with your postal payment

 International Customers - We only accept Paypal as a method of payment

If payment is not received after 7 days you will be sent and ebay reminder message and after 14 days of non payment, the reminder will be closed as Non Payment received

POSTAGE

UK - We offer a Postage Discount of 50p off each item bought for multiple purchases's

INTERNATIONAL - We offer a postage discount of £1.00 off each item bought for multiple purchase's

Postage for each item is quoted in the listing

All Purchase's are posted by First Class post & Airmal, within two days of the time of sale

We can post by Recorded & Special Delivery, Rates are available upon request
