Payment
We only accept payments via PayPal for items sold through eBay, or cash and credit/debit card if the item is to be collected. If paying via PayPal, please make sure to complete your payment within 24 hours of winning an item. Once your payment has been received we will make sure to dispatch your item as soon as possible, usually within 2 to 3 working days.
Delivery Information
Delivery times are calculated in working days Monday to Friday. If you order after 4pm the next working day will be considered the first working day for delivery. In case of bank holidays and over the Christmas period, please allow an extra two working days.
Domestic Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days but sometimes due to high order volume in certain sales periods it may take us a little longer, so please allow 4 days before contacting us. We will attempt to contact you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
All small orders are sent out via Royal Mail 1st Class, if your order is of higher value it will be sent out via Royal Mail Signed For, which will need a signature, if you are not present a card will be left to advise you to pick up your goods from the local sorting office.
Each item will be attempted to be delivered twice. Failed deliveries after this can be delivered at an extra cost to you or you can collect the package from your local post office collection point.
For larger and heavier items a suitable courier will be used, usually Hermes.
International Delivery
International orders are handled by eBay's Global Shipping Programme.

Collection
Items can be collected from our Cambridge store at Arthur Rank Hospice Charity, 222 Mill Road, Cambridge, CB1 3NF during our opening hours of 9:30 to 5:00, Monday to Saturday. If you would like to collect your item please contact us to arrange this.
Please note collection items must be paid for in cash, or by credit/debit card.
Returns

Change of Mind
If when you receive your product(s), you are not completely satisfied you may return the items to us within 30 days for a refund. Returns will take approximately 5 working days to process once the goods have been received by us.
Items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, including all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.
We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning, as well as using a carrier that can provide you with tracking information or proof of delivery.
Arthur Rank Hospice Charity will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Please be aware that it is the responsibility of the customer to cover any delivery charges for returning an unwanted item.
Incorrect/Damaged Goods
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us via eBay immediately, this will be given special priority and you can expect to receive a response within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Any incorrect items received will have all delivery charges refunded.
