Delivery of your order:
We post out every weekday - Monday to Friday - All orders are posted with 1st class as standard to ensure that you get what you want as fast as possible
Your parcel may require a signature on arrival. If there is nobody available to sign for your parcel it will be taken to your local sorting office. You can arrange a re-delivery online for a day that suits you (via Royal Mail website), or just collect it. I understand they hold parcels for 7 days before being returned to sender.
International Customers:
Payment is only accepted by Paypal in £ GBP Sterling.
IMPORTANT- Your parcel will require a signature on arrival. If there is nobody available to sign for your parcel it will be taken to your local sorting office, where it will remain for only 7 days for you to collect it up or arrange re-delivery. It then gets returned to me.
Sorry but postage for missed deliveries is non refundable. Please be aware posties do not always leave cards.
All items are packaged well and p&p costs reflect what Royal Mail charge me for tracked International post.
Insurance is included. No profit is ever made from postage costs.
