New Shelf display for 6-8 months without tags comes with original Fossil box. The watch Dial & Strap is brand new but since it was a shelf display hence the strap looks slightly dusty not crisp new like an unopened watch and case back has some scuffs/wearing. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the condition of a brand new unopened watch, this watch is rated as 8.5
