All items have been donated to Goodwill of Orange County to help further our Mission in providing quality jobs for individuals with disabilities and other barriers. All items are USED unless stated otherwise within the listing itself. Please note that because many of our items are donated from local department stores, packaging may have SALVAGE stickers or other type of tags on the exterior of the packaging. All items with SALVAGE tags have been checked, verified, and tested.
TESTED: All items that are up for auction have been tested OK for power unless stated otherwise within the listing. Any further testing conducted (i.e. sound, cycle through, etc.), will be described within the listing itself…but only if applicable. Keep this in mind when making your bids.
LEGO SETS: All LEGO sets have been opened to verify that none of the plastic bags have been opened. We may not be certain the set is complete, but all bags and everything included will always be shown in the images. Any set that we list will have no opened bags. Keep this in mind when making your bids.
OEM PACKAGING: All items are donated to further our Mission in providing quality work for individuals with disabilities and other barriers. Since we may receive items in bulk in different phases, package condition may differ than one shown in images. Contents however will not be affected. Please keep this in mind when making your bids.
SHIPPING/HANDLING: All items will be shipped to our customers no more than 3 business days after payment has been cleared. Note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days. Once item has been packaged and scanned within our system, a tracking number will be sent to the winning customer.
COMBINING ITEMS: All customers interested in combined shipping must inquire about the discounted rate BEFORE making any payment. This is to ensure we give our customers the best rates possible. An invoice would be sent to customers with the total – including the discounted shipping cost.
PICK-UPS: All items may be picked up at our local facility to save on shipping costs. We ask that you please contact us to make an appointment to have them picked up. Please note that all pick-ups require an appointment and all items must be paid online via PayPal before making the appointment.
