We strongly recommend the use of a surge protector with our rope lights. All connections must be sealed with a waterproof sealant or silicone when installing rope lights outdoors. Completely unspool rope lights before connecting to power.

Your lights are guaranteed to work upon arrival. However, due to the nature of custom cutting each section to user specifications, we do not accept returns. A replacement will be provided if the item is found to be defective or is damaged in shipping. If a replacement is not available then a full refund will be provided.
