An original BRITISH ARMY WW1 TRENCH MAP OF THE ABEELE AREA, YRPRES SALIENT. British Trenches in Red with dates up until July 1918. The map having a section to the right side with information and notes etc.This map came together with the battalion commanders map which we sold on ebay recently.Unresearched and an interesting WW1 map.Made from heavy linen with the map printed on.  There was an RFC Airfield at Abelee although this is not shown on the map. Fair condition. Rare item.
