Pre-owned, gently used - a few little spots on the right arm side of front, maybe some other small ones in other areas but nothing big or very noticeable, a couple little snags.  It has been worn and shows a little wear.  It is still great for play or Halloween.  The hat is in great condition, it has some elastic in the back.   The two don't go together as a set, I just put them together.  Both are Disney Pixar products.  We are selling as is.
