CONDITION OF THE LAPTOP YOU WILL RECEIVE

The pictures are of the actual laptop you will receive; I have inspected the laptop and would describe the condition being ‘as new’ (no visible markings to casings or screen).

This laptop is Re-worked to a new standard by HP. The laptop is in new HP marked packaging and comes with original HP Charger, HP plug (standard 3 pin UK plug) and original HP rechargeable battery (battery may be built in). We are a large electrical retailer based in Northern Ireland, we will provide a VAT invoice with your purchase so you can keep it for the warranty HP supply with your computer, the item comes with a worldwide 1 year warranty. If there becomes a problem all you have to do is contact HP support and they will collect, fix, and return your computer free of charge. POSTAGE

We post to the UK and Ireland. All items are sent via DPD tracked postage, which is normally a 48 hour service, all items are insured.

For International postage we use the eBay International shipping programme, we ship to eBay’s hub in England and they forward the package to you. You will have to pay eBay for this service.

RETURNS

We will only accept returns if the item has NOT been opened and is returned to us sealed and in the same condition it left our store. It will be the customer’s responsibility to pay return postage and to ensure the parcel is well covered by insurance.

PAYMENT

We only accept payment via PayPal or cash on collection at our shop. Items should be paid for immediately, if items are not paid for transaction will be cancelled and the item will be relisted.
