* If the item arrives in non-working condition and the box is not damaged, you are covered for 90 days warranty from Mr. Christmas. All replacements are handled free of charge directly by manufacturer. In order to replace the item please call 1-800-4MR-XMAS and a representative will guide you through the process. For your convenience, you may also contact them directly through their web site.
* If none of the above applies to you and you simply want to return the item, please contact us for Return Authorization Number. As soon as item is received here, its serial number will be checked against our database and it will be tested for full functionality. Upon passing these tests, you will receive your full payment minus shipping charges for both ways. Also, please make sure that all papers and the manual is included, otherwise %20 restocking fee will be applied. If the tests fail, item will be returned to you at your expense.
