Care Bear Cousins Bright Heart Raccoon 

 3.5" PVC figure

Preowned but good condition. Normal wear with some staining and some discoloration.

I let them soak in warm soapy water to try and clean them up but the stains are set in. Will probably need to use a scrub brush to clean.
