We are a Brick & Mortar used game store and thoroughly clean & test all games.  Bonus content / Game Codes may or may not have been used, but are included when available.

We ship daily, Mon-Fri, at 3pm (Central time).  All orders placed by Noon (Central) ship the same day. We ship all packages via USPS mail. Items weighing 13 oz or less ship via 1st Class Mail. Items weighing more than 13 oz ship via Priority Mail.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know, using ebay messages, so we can resolve any issue you may be having with our product.  Please, do not open an ebay case, leave us negative feedback or give us a low feedback score without first giving us the opportunity to help.  We do our absolute best to always have happy customers.
