Ladies Circa 1960s Vintage cotton knickers in a creamy white cotton. Made by Gayfit and packed in a polythene sleeve with silhouette of lady wearing full brief knickers. Store box describes as Gayfit Empire Made cotton briefs so would date to 1950s/60s. The size is given as Standard. Elastic on waist and elastic on legs, the leg openings have lovely white broderie anglais lace overlay. Wide double cotton gusset.Please note these knickers have been stored in makers boxes for years and they could do with a gentle soap flake wash to make them sparkle again. generally in good vintage condition.
Waist unstretched 20ins, stretched 24-32ins. leg openings stretched 22ins.
