THE RICHMOND PUBLISHING CO. LTD
1971

The work provides a wealth of information for the country lover and sportsman and an amusing social document for the student of the times. The efficacy of the remedies put forward by Colonel Hanger in this reprint of the 1814 edition of his work may sometimes be in question but the entertainment value of his anecdotes and lively style is not.

22 x 14 cm. 226 pp.

Very good + condition, dust jacket faded on spine and repaired at head, small stain to front panel, spine slightly cocked. Contents clean, binding sound.
