POLICIES
No returns or exchanges on open boxes of reeds.
If you receive a defective item we will gladly replace the defective product. All claims of damaged, unreceived, or misrepresented items must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Buyer is responsible for shipping defective items back for replacement.
All other returns are subject to a $6 restocking fee.
All orders are shipped with insurance.
NY State residents pay 8.625% sales tax.

International PayPal or credit card orders will only be shipped to a confirmed address.
If no confirmed address is available,you may e-mail proof of address in the form of a copy of your statement.
