CAMERA DESCRIPTION: - Made from 1899 to 1912.  This is a very pretty example of this camera.  See Photos.  Opens and closes very nicely.  I shined a light in the bellows and did not see any light leaks.  Has wear marks from age and handling.  Wood interior is very attractive.  Front standard moves smoothly out the focusing rail.  The focusing knob moves the rail smoothly.  The ground glass is complete.  Does not have a handle.  Also, the little press button locking mechanism that keeps the camera front door latched shut is missing – so, it will sit slightly open when you fold it up.

LENS DESCRIPTION: - Shutter needs CLA – please Read.  Lens is a pretty 5X7 Pantograph in brass Bausch & Lomb shutter.  The lens is beautifully clean and clear.  The shutter fires nicely, and even ½ second seems ok.  But, when I put it on Bulb, the shutter began to stick open.  After firing it about 50 times, the shutter leaves came back to normal position.  Still sticks open some.  So, needs cleaning, lubrication, adjustment servicing to be a reliable shutter.  Being sold as-is.
