Payment.

·         eCheque payments – these must clear before the item is dispatched.

·         Postal payments – please send the item number with payment.

·         Multiple purchases – do not pay for your items until after your last auction in order to receive a postage discount. This is applied automatically upon checkout.

·         International bidders – Paypal only please.

The options at checkout are:

·         Standard airmail which is not insured nor does it have a tracking reference number.

·         International signed for which IS insured and DOES have a tracking reference number.

We cannot accept responsibility for lost items sent by standard airmail. The choice to have insurance is yours at checkout.

Post and Shipping.

·         We post 6 days a week. We are one of the quickest dispatchers around.

       Items are dispatched same day as payment received or next day if received after midday - you need only to look at royal mails postage stamp to verify this!

·         The cut off time is 12 midday for same day posting.

·         International postage discounts depend on the weight of the winning items and will be weighted by Royal Mail for the lowest price possible.

·         We do not overcharge on international or UK P&P costs.

·         We only send goods out by mail/courier (unless otherwise stated). Please do not ask to come to our workplace to collect in person as that option is not available.

Returns.

·         If you do not trust a manufacturers sizing, please email me for measurements as it is too late once you have purchased the item.

·         Refunds are not available if an item doesn’t fit properly.

·         Measurements are always available before you bid, are approximate and are a guide.

·         I aim to describe the items as accurately and in as much detail as possible in order to assist the prospective purchaser.

·         However, if you feel the goods are SIGNIFICANTLY not as described, for example: you ordered a top and received a skirt or you ordered blue and received red, then I will refund the full purchase price once the item has been returned to me in the condition in which it was dispatched.

·         Colours may vary slightly to the pictures shown. This is due to the camera flash and individuals monitor settings.

·         You are responsible for getting your item back to me safely for your refund.

·         I regret I cannot refund P&P costs for the return, as per Distance Selling Regulations.

Losses.

·         Whilst customer satisfaction is our priority, we cannot stress enough that we will not refund items lost in the post.

·         This is due to the fact that Royal Mail clamped down on compensation claims for small businesses last year.

·         Recorded delivery is an option at checkout and is strongly recommended.

·         Please get in touch after Royal Mails time frame of 3 weeks if you think an item is lost.

·         I will then send you a copy of the combined post office receipt for that day, with your item circled. You will need this for a claim with Royal Mail.

·         Luckily a loss in the post is rare but I will help you all I can, should you need to make a claim with Royal Mail.
