I worked in a couple of shops and even owned one for a while. I’ve noticed in every shop there is one guy buying stuff and squirreling it away. Well, I was one of those guys.

For your consideration is this 32-hole Campagnolo Record OR front hub. It is similar to Croce D'Aune with the raised center section with an oil port. However, it has rubber seals on the dust cover, while Croce D'Aune in the 1988 dealer catalog is shown without. It is similar to Icarus, but in the 1993 catalog, Record is described as having an alloy Q/R nut, and this hub does. It is in good to very good condition. The center section is clean and scratch free. The outside flanges have spoke marks, but are otherwise good. The alloy nut for the Q/R has some scuffs as pictured. The steel lever end has very slight scuff marks on the cap and the lever is excellent, without rust or scrapes. The hub spins Campy smooth.
