Everything sold will carry a full return guarantee privilege using the following terms:

• Item must be paid for within 10 days from auction end.

• Buyer must notify seller upon delivery that refund is requested and reason for requesting.  They will be given a return number that must accompany package to expedite the return process.  Any returned items that do not carry a valid return number will forfeit any refunds.

• If requesting due to damage or breakage please specify this so I know if I need to start an insurance claim with my carrier.

• Buyer must return package using same material it was packaged in originally and return within 3 days of notifying seller of refund request.

• When purchasing group lots or in multiples, all items must be returned as no partial refunds will be given.

• Refunds will be given via Paypal or check (depending upon original method of payment) and will NOT include any shipping expenses incurred by buyer except in the case of damage/breakage returns.  In those instances return shipping will be included in refund amount.

When sending payment via any method, please be sure that Item Number and return shipping address are CLEARLY visible.  You'd be surprised how many payments I receive every week that either don't include what it is a payment for or where I should ship the item to.  This just delays the shipping of your item as those are put aside until I get the time to sort it out.

• Do you end auctions early?  
  No, we do not end any auctions early.  All of our listings will run for their duration.
  
• What will my shipping be?
  Shipping quotes are available above for both US and international buyers.  Please utilize this tool as we do not respond to those inquiries.
  
• Can you send additional photos of this item?
  Unfortunately due to the high volume of items we sell we are unable to take additional photos and email them to prospective buyers.
  
• I purchased multiple items, do you combine shipping?
  We do combine shipping and in these instances it is best to wait for my invoice to arrive via email.  Often Ebay/Paypal shipping calculator simply totals shipping for all items purchased rather than giving discounted amount.
  
• I have not received an invoice for the auction yet, have you sent one?
  Normally invoices are emailed within 24 hours of auction end.  Occasionally I am slightly delayed but not very often.  If you haven't gotten an invoice please check your spam filter as these can block some emails.  If you have a spam filter that requires us to respond first we will NOT do this so please turn this option off or pre-approve our email yourself.
  
• Do you relist unsold items or give 2nd chance offers?
  Some items may be relisted if unsold but we absolutely do NOT give 2nd chance offers.  If you receive a 2nd chance offer that appears like it came from us please report this to Ebay so the appropriate action can be taken.
