**Post-Civil War Era** **Believed to be around 1865-1867**
For your consideration is an amazing collectors item. Featuring a very nice large 18s antique coin silver pocket watch with a beautiful white dial, blue hand markers, and large solid design. The case features beautiful engraving work throughout including a spot to have your initials engraved. This is a key wind watch. What is equally neat about this pocket watch is the large black and white photo of a woman from the mid 1800s---possibly a wife of a Civil War soldier. Photo is in great antique condition. As you can see in the photos I lightly polished it and with just a few minutes of work it can be polished to shine like new. This pocket watch is in great condition: crystal is intact, case opens and snaps shut, dial is clean, blue hands are fixed securely, case has normal surface wear, bale intact. It is a key wind but I do not have a key to test it. I am not a pocket watch expert and I do not know if it runs. It is in overall great antique condition.
