We process and ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday, from our Billerica, MA shipping facility. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once an order has been paid for, we will ship it within 1-2 business days. Any order placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship Monday morning. At this time, we use UPS Ground to ship within United States. We do not ship to international addresses. Please be sure to provide us with an accurate physical address. Failure to provide an accurate physical address will result in a delay in your shipment. |

All of our iPhones come with a 30 day return/exchange guarantee for unwanted items (except for items advertised as broken). We also offer a 90 day warranty for defects. Please call or email to obtain a free, written copy of the warranty. If we have a replacement item in stock, we will issue you a replacement. If we do not have a replacement, we will issue a refund. Often times, our technicians are able to provide troubleshooting tips over the phone to solve the problem. Please note that any items that do not state in the listing that a new battery has been installed will not be accepted for return/exchange based on the life of the battery. |
