Callaway introduce the Big Bertha Heavenwood Hybrids, a new line of hybrid clubs combining the accuracy and control of a long iron with the distance of a fairway wood. The exciting new Heavenwood Hybrids are aimed at the millions of golfers who struggle to hit long irons. While higher-lofted fairway woods can be a strong alternative to long irons, certain average golfers have difficulty with the length of the clubs and more-accomplished players prefer a more compact head design. The shape and size of the new Big Bertha Heavenwood Hybrids addresses both these concerns while providing the added distance of fairway woods and the accuracy and workability of irons. Returns Policy

Your satisfaction makes our success and we do everything we can to fulfill your needs. This is why all our items come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the item you purchased is not exactly as described, you have seven (7) days to return it; hassle free and we will either exchange it or issue a refund for the full price of the item. That simple! If you are not satisfied with your purchase after the seven (7) day return policy has expired, we will still accommodate you! You have up to thirty (30) days to return your clubs and we will only charge a 15% re-stocking fee. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.

For example: If you purchase a club for 100$ and want to return it after twenty-eight (28) days, we will give you a credit or refund of 85$.

Important Qualifiers
All items must be returned in their original condition, including the packaging and any accessories. Packages must be shipped back to Golf Avenue within seven (7) days of the initial delivery at your location for a complete refund or within thirty (30) days for a refund with a reinsertion fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance unless it was Golf Avenue’s mistake.
Golf Avenue will only cover the return shipping if its UPS account is used. Please contact us by e-mail to get the return approval and information.
