This auction is for a pre-owned Rolex 31MM 18K gold oyster perpetual Datejust President.  The model # is 68278.  It is in pre owned condition and does not come with box or papers.  This watch is being sold on its original presidential bracelet that has no removable links. The watch is in good overall condition and the band has about 20% stretch. The dial is white Mother-of-Pearl with raised Roman hour markers. It has some wear on the printed text.   The serial number dates the watch to approx 1994.  The crystal is saphire and the watch has a 2135 caliber quickset movement which is running but has not been timed for accuracy.
