Q. What tools are required for assembly?

A. Metric Allen wrench set, 10mm socket, 14mm socket, drill, screwdrivers, adjustable open end wrench, pliers or channel locks for kickstand spring.

Q. For what purposes can I use The Cargo Bike?

A. Dropping kids off at school, or rather in front of their classroom; taking the kids and their sporting equipment to practice and games; taking the family to those special events where parking is next to impossible; taking your pets to the park; transporting groceries, soil or planting materials. The utility of these bikes is limitless.

Q. How long will The Cargo Bike last?

A. As long as you protect the frame by painting over scratch marks with an enamel touch up paint, which can be purchased for less than $10.00 at any auto parts store, the frame should last a lifetime. It is also imperative to not exceed the cargo capacity of 165 lbs so as to not stress the frame or wheels. The box is made of a high grade birch plywood which is more than adequate for hauling soft cargo such as people and pets.

Q. What about my image?

A. The Cargo Bike will enhance your image to super star status in your neighborhood. You will be known as the creative, earth loving hipster with the cool box bike. No mini van for you where the kids are staring at the back of your head rest. The kids can sit facing and communicating with you. 

Q. Is there a warranty?

A. Yes, all parts are replaceable for free for 1 year if there is evidence of manufacturer defect.
