Up for sale is a Toshiba Qosmio X505-896 laptop. This laptop is SOLD AS IS and there will be NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS.

Please read carefully before purchasing. I will do my best to describe the item; if you have any questions please ask.  See pictures for actually item. External HP monitor is NOT INCLUDED.

First the screen on the laptop DOES NOT work however I can see light coming from it. Not sure what the problem is; however when I plug in the laptop to my monitor through the HDMI port it works.

Only one memory slot is working; so laptop can support a maximum of 8GB DDR3.

Does not come with any labels on the bottom of the laptop however after some research online I found the model to be X505-896.

I have installed one stick of 2GB DDR3 and 60GB hard drive so that I can load Windows 7 on the machine to show it working.

I have previously used this laptop exclusively on an external monitor running programs and games without any issues. Diablo 3 and StarCraft 2 in max settings for many hours.

I think the issue is the motherboard connector going to the screen but I am no expert so don't take my word for it.

The laptop plastics have some cracks and one of the vent is missing some plastics. The hinge is very good not a lot of play.
