PLEASE READ ****RETURNS POLICY *** I am unable to accept returns on knickers/thongs or socks or any item with thongs/knickers as part of a set due to hygiene considerations, so please be sure to check your size carefully. This policy also applies to tights if the box has been opened. I will only consider a return if the item is faulty. All items are checked prior to dispatch. If it is agreed that an item can be returned, the item must be returned in the same 'unworn' and unused condition with all tags intact and in original packaging and you must notify me of your intention to return within 7 days of receipt. If the tags have been removed from the garment, a return will not be accepted.Please note - postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.

I AM OCCASIONALLY ASKED IF I WILL ACCEPT A RETURN ON KNICKERS AS THEY ARE TOO SMALL OR NOT LIKED, DESPITE THE RETURNS POLICY CLEARLY STATING I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON KNICKERS.  WHILE I UNDERSTAND IT CAN BE FRUSTRATING IF AN ITEM DOESN'T FIT, I AM SURE YOU CAN UNDERSTAND WHY THIS POLICY IS IN PLACE.  THE SAME POLICY EXISTS FOR INTIMATE ITEMS BOUGHT FROM MAIL ORDER COMPANIES/SHOPS ETC.  PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME TO ACCEPT A RETURN REGARDLESS OF THE RETURNS POLICY AS I AM AFRAID I CANNOT DO SO, AND REFUSAL OFTEN OFFENDS. If purchasing more than one item from my shop, please wait for me to invoice you so that I can combine postage costs. All payment is required within 7 days of purchase unless agreed by myself. If you have a problem with payment, please contact me as soon as possible. If no payment has been made after 7 days and I have received no contact from you, I will open a dispute for 'payment not received' against you with ebay, so please, if you have difficulties with your payment, email and let me know.
