Bobby Isaac 1969 K&K Insurance #71 Dodge Charger 500 1/24 NASCAR Legends Hemi

2016 University of Racing Legends Series 1/24 scale diecast metal collectible of #71 K&K Insurance sponsored 1969 Dodge Charger 500 fastback raced by Bobby Isaac in the Grand National Series. This is the 20th release in the University of Racing Legends Series and they have done an unbelievable job of producing another beautiful collectible.

Bobby won 37 races in NASCAR's premier series making him the 19th on the all-time wins list. In 1998 he was named one of NASCAR's 50 greatest drivers. His career reached it's peak in 1968 and 1969 when he finished second in the standings to David Pearson. In 1969 won 19 poles which is a record that still stands.

This car features an all metal diecast chassis, opening hood, trunk, 426ci hemi engine, custom poppy red and white deco car color.  It has the very rare 1969 Dodge Charger 500 fastback body style which was created specifically  for NASCAR Superspeedway racing and the modifications included a grill and headlight area moved forward to be flush with the hood and the rear window was moved rearward to be flush with the body, all for the sake of superspeedway aerodynamics and to be competitive with the Fords and Mercurys. It has chrome grill and bumpers and it even has burnt tips on the exhaust pipe and the small blue stripe on the Goodyear tires just as Bobby's car had. The interior is highly detailed and features full instrument detail and functional steering.  It is a limited edition and has a sealed certificate of authenticity as shown in the last photo. It is in stock and ready to ship. The car and all packaging you are bidding on are in mint, new, unopened condition.

When sellers are forced by contract to sell items for a specified minimum price, you have to look and ask yourself, Do I want to buy from the seller who is clearly passionate about the sport and it's history? Who cares enough to write a detailed description of the item being sold and cares enough to take  ALL their own photos(and mark them because they are so frequently stolen by lazy sellers) and will clearly be the seller who carries their passion to the shipping and customer service portion of the sale... Or should should I buy from the seller who is too lazy to take their own photos, too lazy to write their own description, and just throws up a listing with minimum effort and copied photos,  and will their minimum effort continue through the shipping and customer service process? Think about it.

Winning domestic bidders will receive free shipping and your item will be shipped within one business day of receiving payment by either UPS or priority mail, whichever is more cost effective for your package and destination.
