All seats are consecutive (side-by-side) seats, unless stated otherwise. You will receive the tickets as denoted within this auction. We do receive orders from various sources (e.g. various websites, phone orders, eBay, etc.). On rare occasions, we receive multiple orders for the same tickets. In those rare instances when the specific tickets are no longer available, a representative will contact you to offer comparable, or better, replacement tickets. If you choose not to accept the replacement tickets, you will be issued a full refund.

In most cases, if non-email delivery methods are chosen, actual hard tickets will be shipped. However, hard tickets are not guaranteed and are based on availability. If hard tickets are important to you, please contact us by phone or e-mail to verify that hard tickets are available.

What are e-tickets? E-mail Tickets, or, simply, e-tickets, work just like regular/hard tickets. E-tickets are delivered via e-mail as an Adobe PDF document. Upon receiving the e-mail, simply open the attachment and print the tickets on standard letter size (8 1/2" x 11") paper in either black/white or color ink. (Adobe Acrobat Reader is standard on most computers and can be downloaded for free at http://www.adobe.com/.) Once printed, you'll take those printed ticket(s) to the event where the gate attendant will scan the bar code and you'll proceed to your seat.
If your chosen shipping method will not get the tickets to you in time for the event, an alternate delivery method will be used automatically at the discretion of Star Struck Tickets. Alternate delivery methods include e-mail tickets, Will Call, or upgraded shipping depending on the specific tickets and availability. Star Struck Tickets will refund any additional shipping costs paid by buyer when a less expensive delivery method is used. Additionally, Star Struck Tickets will cover any additional costs if it is necessary for us to upgrade the shipping method.
Tickets will ship within 1 business day of receipt of payment unless stated otherwise in the item description and/or the specified handling time. On those occasions where they do not ship immediately, they will ship out within the specified handling time displayed on the listing. All tickets are guaranteed to arrive in time for the event.
We will only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses. Please do not bid on this listing if you are unwilling to use a confirmed address.

Policies

Payment:

Payment is required via Paypal at time of purchase. You can pay through PayPal using a credit card, debit card, or bank account. If you'd like to use other payment methods, please inquire first. For auctions, payment is due IMMEDIATELY upon winning the auction. If payment is not received immediately, the tickets will be re-listed and eligible for sale to another potential buyer. Funds for Paypal e-check payments must clear at least 15 days before the event (for non-e-mail tickets) or at least 10 days before the event (for e-mail tickets). If a purchase is made or auction won within 10 days of the event, e-check payments will NOT be accepted.

Delivery Time:

Tickets will ship within 1 business day of receipt of payment unless stated otherwise in the item description and/or the specified handling time. On those occasions where they do not ship immediately, they will ship within 30 BUSINESS days and are guaranteed to arrive in time for the event. When tickets do not ship immediately, it is primarily because they are not yet available from the team/venue and they will ship as soon as Star Struck Tickets receives them.

Shipping Address:

We ship only to confirmed PayPal addresses. Please do not purchase/bid on our items if you are not willing to use a confirmed address.

Delivery Guarantee:

Tickets are guaranteed to arrive in time for the event. In cases where delivery delays (e.g., shipping company delays, weather-related delays, etc.) or chosen delivery method do not allow hard tickets to arrive in time, the buyer agrees to accept e-mail tickets or Will Call pick-up. If all delivery methods have been exhausted and Star Struck Tickets is still not able to deliver tickets in time for the event, a full refund will be provided to the buyer. Star Struck Tickets is not responsible and guarantee will be voided if buyer provides an incorrect shipping address and/or shipping details.

Feedback:

We leave positive feedback for all paying customers that have met the terms of the purchase. Sometimes, it takes us a week or two to leave feedback, so don't worry if you don't see the feedback right away - we apologize up front for any delay. If you're satisfied with our service, please leave us ratings of "5" across the board. If you don't feel we performed that well, please call or e-mail us and let us know so that we can make it right. Behavior:

When purchasing tickets from StarStruck tickets, you and your guest(s) agree to behave in accordance with all team/event/stadium policies, procedures, rules, etc. You will be held financially liable for any actions that result in the team revoking ticket rights for the tickets you purchase from us. Financial liability will include any losses incurred including, but not limited to, legal expenses.

Ticket Pricing:

Star Struck Tickets is not affiliated with any team or venue. We are a ticket reseller and we sell tickets for market value, which may be more or less than the face value price printed on the ticket. All sales are final.

Ticket Stock:

With advances in technology, tickets take many shapes and forms. These forms include souvenir stock (e.g., season tickets with pictures or logos, etc), standard "Ticketmaster" tickets (that are printed in strips), e-mail tickets (that you print out yourself and are described in more detail below), and even paperless tickets which tie to a customer's ID. When you purchase from Star Struck Tickets, you are receiving valid tickets regardless of the shape or form. Most of our tickets are hard tickets and many of them are on souvenir stock. On rare occasions, we may only have e-mail tickets available.

Refund Policy/Event Changes/Cancellations:

Event times and dates are subject to change. No refunds will be provided for any reason including changes in event dates/times. Tickets will be subject to the team's/venue's rainout/cancellation policy. Additionally, performers/players are subject to change (e.g., sports stars may be injured, opening acts may change, etc). Refunds for events that are cancelled outright (and not rescheduled) will be provided in full, minus shipping charges. In most cases, these refunds will automatically be sent to the buyer. However, we are not always notified of cancelled events. So, if your event is cancelled, please contact us immediately to ensure a prompt refund. In rare cases, we may need the tickets returned to us before we can provide the refund to you.

Seating Chart/View:

Unless otherwise noted, views/pictures from the seats are from the listed section, but not necessarily the exact row/seat. Additionally, the seating chart is based on the most accurate seating details which have been disclosed to the public by the event (including the primary ticketing agency, venue, team, and/or box office). We cannot be responsible for changes or errors in the seating charts that have been provided by the event. Floor plans vary from show to show and things like stage set up or sound board location can alter the layout. We guarantee to tell you what is printed on the tickets including the section and row. We also attempt to make a good faith, bonafide attempt to denote the seating location on the venue seating chart and to provide an approximate view, when available, from the section. If you have specific questions about the seats, we would be happy to consult with you and explain our understanding of the exact seats, but the ultimate authority on the seating chart and seat location is the venue box office.
