All orders are shipped with a delivery confirmation tracking number.  Unless otherwise indicated, we ship the second business day after the order's payment clears PayPal. MeislinCNYsales does not guarantee delivery times. All delivery times noted on the listing and are estimated. We can't be responsible for delivery delays not caused by our shipping department. Shipments maybe processed by more than one location and may not arrive at the same time. Shipping to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and/or other US territories, may be limited due to size and/or weight and may be subject to a shipping surcharge.     Returns & Refunds: We accept returns on items that are unused and in their original packaging, exactly as received.  All returns are subject to a 10% (min $2.99) restocking fee per order. Shipping charges are not refundable.  'Personal use' items are not accepted for return. Items shipped with Free Shipping will also be charged our 'actual shipping charge'.
