Available for sale is a Apple iPad 3. This product is used, and has been tested for basic functionality. This device is used with wear and tear from normal use, include scratches, scuffs, and small dings around the exterior of the device.
This product is used, tested, working. All previous data has been removed from the device and has been reset to factory default settings. This device has a clear ESN or is WI-FI and will not include a SIM card when applicable. The Operating System version installed on the device will vary. Any accessories or items not pictured are NOT included with the purchase. Payment
We only
accept payment through PayPal. All payments are to be made in full
within 7 days of purchasing a product. If payment is not received
within 7 days, the item(s) may be offered to the next highest bidder,
relisted, or an unpaid item case will be opened.
Shipping
At this
time, we will only ship domestically through eBay. Orders will only be
processed to PayPal-verified addresses – Please do not request
that we ship to an address that differs from your PayPal address. Most
orders are processed either same day or next business day.
We value our
repeat and bulk buyers, and offer combined shipping rates on multiple
items purchased. Please contact us if you’re interested in
purchasing more than one item so that a combined invoice can be
generated.
Our daily
shipping cutoff time is 1:00PM Central Standard Time. If you make your
purchase after this time, we will not be able to process your order
that day. We are not available over the weekend, and only process
orders during weekdays.
Domestic ground
shipments will be processed with either USPS or FedEx at our
discretion. All shipments with values exceeding $100.00 will ship with
a direct signature required. All shipments will be insured for the full
amount of the merchandise purchased.
We will ship
items on customers USPS or FedEx Ground accounts, but will not process
shipments from DHL, UPS, or any other carrier without a pickup being
scheduled. If buyers wish to send labels for their packages, they are
responsible for all liability.
Buyers are
responsible for arranging and picking up all product that is shipped on
a pallet. We will palletize, strap, and wrap your merchandise, and
provide exact weight and dimensions post-sale. We will allow up to 7
days to arrange freight after an item is purchased/auction is won.
Every day held after that period will incur a $12.00 per day holding
fee.
If you are
located in Northeast Kansas, and want to pick up your merchandise
locally, please contact us either through the eBay messaging system or
the contact information below to arrange a time to collect your
product. A $3.00 handling fee will be charged to all local pickups.
Payment must be verified as clear prior to picking up any merchandise.
Returns
Before
requesting a return, please contact us, as we can often times
troubleshoot problems through email. All returns must include all
original items in the same condition they were sent. We will also issue
an RMA number which must be present on the exterior of the returned
box. Your return will not be processed without your RMA number on the
box. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
We are not
responsible for any technical specifications, compatibility, fitment,
application issues, buyer’s remorse, or if an item was purchased
by mistake. Any return or refund requested for these reasons will be
charged a 20% restocking fee.
We offer the
following return guidelines for the products we have available:
New
other
– All of our new product falls into this category since
manufacturer packaging has usually been opened or is otherwise not in
retail condition. We offer a full refund of the purchase price less
shipping charges for “New other” products that are not in
working condition for up to 30 days after receipt.
Seller
refurbished – Our refurbished items have been tested and verified
by our in-house staff and we guarantee the tested components for 30
days after receipt. We will refund the purchase price less shipping
charges for “Seller refurbished” products that are not in
working condition when received.
Used
– All
used products carry a 14 day non-DOA warranty. These products may not
be 100% functional and only basic power on capabilities are guaranteed.
If a “used” product is received and will not power on, we
will issue a full refund less shipping charges. Partial refunds will
not be issued for non-working components, and a 20% restocking fee will
be charged to all returns of product that do power on.
For
parts or not
working – There are no warranties or return options available for
merchandise that is listed as “for parts or not working”.
All returns will be processed with a 20% restocking fee.
