Shipping prices for the lower 48 continental US states is displayed in the listing. Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii customers, please contact us via eBay Messages to get a shipping quote prior to bidding. If an auction is listed with free shipping, it will be shipped using FedEx ground. All items will be shipped within 3 business days upon receipt of payment. We provide tracking numbers for every order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive the tracking number to your PayPal email address. If you have not received your tracking number, please contact us through eBay Messages. If you require us to ship using a different carrier or service, please contact our sales department to make the necessary arrangements prior to bidding or buying.
We will replace any defective merchandise unless it has been listed with "AS IS" condition. We do not accept returns or issue RMAs for products listed with "AS IS" condition. Defective products must be reported within the warranty period through eBay Messages. Please allow at least 7 business days for us to process your return. An RMA# is required for all returns or exchanges and will be given to you when we have determined that you qualify for a return or exchange. Please notify our sales department of a defective product and receive an RMA# before you return the item or it will be sent back to you. If the product is not defective, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. There will also be a 25% restocking fee for returning non-defective items.
