These amps are a limited supply and either new or like new. They were purchased from a company that is no longer selling Powersoft amps.
The Ottocanali 1204 offers unprecedented versatility and efficiency, also thanks to its very own set of BatFormers®. These are specifically developed, optional plug-in output transformers that can be easily installed through a dedicated lid in the amplifier chassis, and that allow the conversion of any - or all - of the 8 channels into a 70V or 100V constant voltage output.
Ottocanali 1204 DSP+ETH, includes DSP functionality for all 8 channels, paired with Ethernet connectivity for full control and monitoring through the Armonía Pro Audio Suite™, also compatible with all other Powersoft K, M, D, Q and particularly the Duecanali Series amplifiers (Interface available for MediaMatrix, Crestron, AMXcontrol, Q-SYS and monitoring systems).
Compliant with IEC 60849, and on par with the Duecanali Series, the Ottocanali 1204 DSP+ETH matches the crucial requirements for sound systems for emergency purposes.

Most orders ship via UPS Ground service with the exception of APO/FPO Boxes which will be shipped via USPS Priority service.

RETURN POLICY:
Rat Sound Systems' goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase!
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your purchased item, or it was received defective, you can return it to Rat Sound Systems within 15 days of the purchase date. After 15 days you will need to contact the manufacturer with your proof of purchase to obtain warranty service. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within three business days of receipt of merchandise.
- Product must be in the full retail, sealed package in order to qualify for a full refund
- All returned items for refund will incur a 15% restocking fee (including defective items that are not exchanged, damaged items, and DOA items).
- Defective items can be exchanged for a working unit with no restocking fee (customers must pay for transportation of unit back to Rat Sound Systems), but any return for refund will incur an 15% restocking fee
- Items returned in unopened resalable condition will receive a full refund MINUS cost to originally ship the order. Items deemed by eBay to have "Free Shipping" are still subject a refund minus the actual cost to ship.
Domestic Customers:
Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Rat Sound Systems (this includes return shipping for our non-local customers). For exchanges of product within the United States, Rat Sound Systems will pay for shipping of the new replacement item back to the customer.
International Customers:
Rat Sound Systems does not pay any postage (to and from, taxes, duties and brokerage fees) on international returns and exchanges. All transportation costs will be the buyer's responsibility.
ALL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE:
Personal use items that are used at your mouth or in your ear cannot be returned, unless defective, due to sanitary health issues.
There are no exceptions to this policy so please do not ask.
