This is a promotional pin (badge, button) that commemorates the November 7, 2000 DVD and home video release date of the animated science-fiction movie Titan A.E. The pin artwork features the "Titan" spaceship. "A.E." refers to "After Earth."
This pin is made of thin metal with the image protected under a sheet of plastic. This round pin measures 2¾" in diameter. The pinback has a simple locking clasp that is similar to a safety pin. There is a small Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment (TCFHE) copyright mark at the bottom of the pin dated 2000.
This pin has never been worn. It is in very good condition. There is some very mild surface wear, but it cannot be seen without very close inspection.
Titan A.E. featured the voices of Matt Damon, Drew Barrymore, and Bill Pullman. It was directed by Don Bluth and Gary Goldman. The screenplay was co-written by Joss Whedon. Prior to the DVD and home video release, Titan A.E. was released theatrically in the USA in June 2000.
