We Welcome International Orders

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order to a buyer with insufficient feedback or a with non-verified address. Shipping times vary by country and due to the current  situation the delivery may experience substantial delays in customs. INTERNATIONAL  Mail delivery, you can expect to receive your item(s) within 10-25 Business days, or less. Business days are Monday through Friday. Delivery delays of over 30 days are not unusual. Please plan accordingly.

Duties and Taxes
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Standard Shipping
To keep the shipping costs as low as possible, our standard shipping method is First Class International. Unfortunately First Class International does not provide detailed tracking. To get detailed track, the shipping will need to be upgraded to Express International, This will add substantially to the shipping cost. Email us for pricing information.

Customs
While we do our best comply with the Custom regulations for each country. It is the buyers responsibility to insure that the the items tat are ordered comply with import regulations for their country. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISSING ITEM SEIZED BY CUSTOMS. 


Payment:

• We accept Paypal only and full payment is due immediately .
• Paypal allows you to pay by credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers and Paypal account balances.
• Shipping address must be the same as Paypal confirmation address, if not, please contact us to confirm..

Shipping:

• All confirmed orders will be processed and sent out within 1 business day. Items paid after 3:00 pm central time will ship out on the following business day.
• We ship Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Weekends or any Public Holiday. Orders Placed on the Weekend will Ship out Monday.
• Per Paypal Policy we cannot change any shipping addresses once they have been entered upon checkout. Please be sure when selecting your shipping address.
• Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update
• We are not responsible for any delays that may occur during transit. - All items are sent out for delivery on time.
Tracking Package

Here are some reasons why tracking information may not be available:

  • The first package scan may be upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination. This is common when shipping volume is high and packages are processed in bulk. Until this first scan, the carrier may not acknowledge receipt of the package.
  • The first package scan may not be until delivery.
  • Some shipments, such as Standard International shipments, are not trackable

If the estimated delivery date for your package has passed and your tracking information hasn't changed, please allow an additional day or two for the package to be delivered. Usually packages arrive on or shortly after the estimated delivery date.
