Customer Service  If you need any help, please email us with your query, we aim to reply within 24 hours.  All our items are guaranteed 100% authentic. We do our best to describe items fully and accurately, but we are only human, so if there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us to give us an opportunity to rectify the situation.

Payment  We accept PayPal, cheques (please allow time to clear) and postal orders from UK buyers.  International buyers PayPal in £GBP Sterling only.  Please pay within 5 days.

Postage  Purchases are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment.  Domestic shipping is via Royal Mail 1st Class, international shipping is via Airmail.  We will refund or replace any items lost or damaged in the post.  Currently this takes 15 days with Royal Mail and will require you to fill in one simple form.

Returns  We accept returns on buy it now items only within 14 days of delivery, sorry, but we cannot accept returns on auction items.  Please contact us within 7 days stating reasons for return.  Items will only qualify for a refund if they are in original unworn condition with all tags attached.  You are responsible for all postage costs unless an error has occurred on our part.
