Order Processing Times
- Customer Service Hours 9am-5pm EST
- We ship items Monday through Friday, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
- Customers will be notified of Shipping and Tracking information either by e-mail or in their eBay account
- Standard Order Processing time: 1-2 Business Days from date of cleared payment your item should leave our warehouse. While we strive to get all orders out next business day we will notify customers of any delays that may occur.
- Overnight orders are processed immediately if Payment received before 12pm EST

Payment and Checkout
- PayPal Payments Must be from a verified PayPal account.
- If your payment is not from a verified PayPal account we Reserve the right to void and cancel your order
- In the case of an Incorrect Address or Address change Please Contact us Prior to Purchase
- Address Changes after checkout ( Please Contact us Immediately with correct address) Shipments may have been already processed. If so additional Shipping Costs may be incurred.
- We do not accept any other form of payment (No exceptions)
- For "Buy It Now Listings" Payments are due immediately. Item must be Paid within 3 business Days or Item will be Relisted For Sale.
- Ebay will be notified of any Non-Paying Bidders.
Michigan Sales TAX & Local Pick Up
- We Provide Free Local Pick Up on all orders by Appointment Only!
- Orders must be Prepaid before or at time of Pickup!

- All Michigan Customers will be Charged 6% Michigan Sales Tax (Exceptions with proper Tax Documents Only)
Shipping and Handling

We Ship all orders using either USPS, FEDEX or UPS services. We will Post Tracking number directly on the Order Detail Page as well as via eBay e-mail address . Customer is Responsible for being home or arranging Delivery. If package is returned Shipping charges will be deducted from any refund. If returned due to no one home for delivery Shipping will have to be Paid again prior to Reshipping the Item. Please be aware as we USE NEW SHIPPING MATERIALS for every Package you may notice a small Handling Fee added into each listing to cover costs of New Boxes as well as any antistatic bags, Bubble Wrap or Foam Packaging.

Return Policy
We Understand That from time to time the need to return and item may Occur. Please read below for a detailed overview of our Return Policy
- We will exchange defective or damaged Products within the warranty Period. This is usually 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Any problem with an Item must be reported within warranty period.
- If items are damaged in Transit. Please notify us within 7 Days of receiving the Package in order to file a claim with shipper. (PLEASE RETAIN ALL SHIPPING MATERIALS FOR CLAIM PICKUP)
- If you are returning item by choice within the 7 day Period Customer is responsible for Shipping Cost.
- Shipping Costs are Non Refundable
- Customer is responsible for all Shipping costs and any RMA Shipping costs. Any Replacement Shipping costs will be covered by PC Server and Parts.
- DO NOT SEND ANY ITEMS BACK WITHOUT A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER OR THE PACKAGE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- There is 25% restocking fee applied to any items returned ordered in error or returned as defective but deemed as operational upon receipt, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please make sure this is the item you need. Although we warrant item to be in good working condition, we cannot guarantee compatibility with your equipment or software.
If you have any issues with the item that you have purchased, please avoid opening any disputes with eBay or PayPal, and allow us to address the issue before leaving feedback. Please contact us directly and we will fix the problem quickly.
